1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Metaqube CRM (the 'Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service.
2. Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Metaqube CRM cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Payment and Billing
A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide credit card details. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by going to your Account Settings page. All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation.
Metaqube CRM, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account.
5. Modifications to the Service
Metaqube CRM reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Metaqube CRM shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
6. Copyright and Content Ownership
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by using the Service, you agree to allow others to view your content.
Metaqube CRM does not pre-screen content, but reserves the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Metaqube CRM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Metaqube CRM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
